Diagnosis: 

Subatrophic eye with clear, not-anesthetized and displaced prolapsed microcornea.

Moderate eyelid retraction and​ reduced conjunctival sac.

 

Surgery: 

Corneo-scleral suture in 1987.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting, with axial balancing and truncation to avoid unwanted rotation.

Results after 6 years from the first session.
