Diagnosis:

Subatrophic eye with clear, not-anesthetized and centered microcornea.

Moderate eyelid retraction.​

Surgery:

Patient underwent pars-plana vitrectomy without retinal reattachment and corneo-scleral suture in 2009.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with corneal curvature, axial balancing and truncation to avoid unwanted rotation. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 2 months from the first session.
