Diagnosis: 

Subatrophic eye with leucomatous, centered cornea and fornix with several pathological scars

Slight enophthalmos, moderate eyelid laxity and reduced conjunctival sac.

 

Surgery: 

Splinter extraction and corneo-scleral suture in 1945.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 11 years from the first session.
