Diagnosis: Removal of the nasal pyramid for nasal epithelioma and multiple facial epitheliomas. Subsequent diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma G2 infiltrating skin of nasal pyramid and right nasal cavity up to a depth of 2 mm.

Surgery:  2004-2009 several surgeries for the removal of multiple epitheliomas in head and scalp. In 2009 removal of the left nasal side and reconstruction with local flaps.
Next total amputation of the nasal pyramid.

Epithesis

2009: Fitting nasal reconstructive epithesis made of medical silicone hypoallergenic.

Fixing on the skin by internal prosthetic anchorage and medical adhesive along the edge in contact with skin.
