Congenital microphthalmos with clear, anesthetized and displaced microcornea with flat surface. Moderate eyelid retraction and ​reduced conjunctival sac.
Surgery:

No surgery executed.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 6 years from the first session.
