Diagnosis:

Subatrophic eye with leucomatous and displaced microcornea.

Moderate eyelid retraction and​ reduced conjunctival sac.
Surgery:

The patient underwent corneo-scleral suture in 2009 and two months later pars-plana vitrectomy with silicone oil injection.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 2 years from the first session.
