Diagnosis:

Subatrophic eye with partially clear, not-anesthetized and displaced cornea with central leucoma.

Moderate eyelid retraction and​ reduced conjunctival sac.​

Surgery:

Corneo-scleral suture in 1990.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with twin-shifted corneal curvature, toroidal scleral curvature to avoid intolerance. Axial balancing and truncation to avoid unwanted rotation.

Fluorescein assessment. Successive cosmetic painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 1 year from the first session.
