Diagnosis: Acquired anophthalmos and temporal bone fracture with accentuated enophthalmos.

 

Surgery: Enucleation with PMMA ball implant and orbital reconstruction in 1999. Replacement with new hydroxyapatite implant in 2000. Upper eyelid reconstruction in 2001.

Result after 11 years from the first session. The back surface of the prosthesis has been performed to avoid excessive trauma and intolerance.
