Diagnosis: Acquired anophthalmos with silicone ball implant. Accentuated enophthalmos and slight eyelids laxity.

Surgery: Enucleation with 16 mm. silicone ball implant covered with donor sclera and put in Tenon’s capsule in 2010.

Prosthesis:

Result after 2 months from the first session.
