Diagnosis:

Subatrophic eye with leucomatous and centered microcornea.

Moderate eyelid retraction, fornix with pathological scars and​ reduced conjunctival sac.

 

Surgery: Splinter extraction and corneo-scleral suture in 1944.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 2 years from the first session.
