 Diagnosis: 

Normal-size eye with leucomatous, displaced cornea.

Enophthalmos and eyelid laxity not present.

Surgery: 

Corneo-scleral suture in 1958.

Prosthesis:

Patient came to our center in 1989.

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature and toroidal scleral curvature to avoid intolerance. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 22 years from the first session.
