Diagnosis:

Acquired anophthalmos with silicone ball implant.

Good eyelid mobility, reduced conjunctival sac and slight enophthalmos.
Surgery:

Enucleation with silicone ball implant in 2000.

Prosthesis:

Patient came to our center 3 months after surgery.

Ocular prosthesis fitting.

Results after 12 years from the first session.
