Diagnosis:

Congenital microphthalmos with clear and dislocated cornea. Severe eyelid retraction and​ reduced conjunctival sac.

Visual acuity: light perception.
Surgery:

No surgery executed.

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with corneal curvature.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting. Lens insertion to exploit maximum visual acuity.

Results after 1 years from the first session.
