Congenital microphthalmos, clear and dislocated microcornea.

Eyelid retraction, ​reduced conjunctival sac and slight enophthalmos.
Surgery:

No surgery executed

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic painted hand-painted shell fitting.

Results after 8 years from the first session.
