Diagnosis:

Subatrophic eye with leucomatous and displaced microcornea.

Moderate eyelid retraction and ​slight enophthalmos.
Surgery:

Patient underwent cataract surgery in 1995. Pars-plana vitrectomy in 2000.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 5 years from the first session.
