Subatrophic eye with leucomatous and displaced cornea.

Enophthalmos and eyelid laxity not present.

 

Surgery: 

Patient underwent pars-plana vitrectomy with silicone oil injection in 2002.

Prosthesis:

 

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 3 years from the first session.
