Diagnosis: Right eye: subatrophic eye with partially leucomatous, anesthetized and displaced microcornea with flat surface.

Eyelid laxity and​ reduced conjunctival sac.​

Left eye: subatrophic eye with leucomatous, anesthetized and centered microcornea with flat surface.

Eyelid laxity and​ reduced conjunctival sac.​

 

 

Surgery:

Right Eye: Cataract surgery in 1978.

Left eye: Cataract surgery from 1978 to 1983, then vitreoretinal surgery in 1984.

Glaucoma surgery one year later.

Prosthesis: PMMA clear scleral shells fitting with shifted corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shells fitting.

Results after 2 months from the first session.
