Age: 76 – Sex: F

Diagnosis: Removal of the nasal pyramid. 

Surgery: Several reconstructive surgeries with rotation of the front flap for reconstruction of back and nasal rim in 2000 – 2003.
In 2005 next total amputation of the nasal pyramid and skin defect covering with partial thickness graft taken from left clavicular region. Resection margins free of neoplasia.

Epithesis

2011: Fitting nasal reconstructive epithesis made of medical silicone hypoallergenic.

Fixing on the skin by internal prosthetic anchorage and medical adhesive along the edge in contact with skin.
