Diagnosis: Acquired anophthalmos with hydroxyapatite implant. Accentuated enophthalmos with limited eyelid movement and reduced conjunctival sac.

 

Surgery: Enucleation with hydroxyapatite implant within Tenon’s Capsule in 2013.
