Congenital microphthalmos with centered, distrophyc and neovascular sclerocornea with flat surface.

Moderate eyelid retraction, ​reduced conjunctival sac and slight enophthalmos.
Surgery:

No surgery executed.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with corneal curvature.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 1 year from the first session.
