Perforating injury caused by sharp object

Diagnosis: 

Subatrophic eye with leucomatous, anesthetized and centered cornea with flat surface.

Slight enophthalmos, moderate eyelid laxity and​ reduced conjunctival sac.

 

Surgery: 

Patient underwent corneo-scleral suture in 1963.

Prosthesis:

PMMA clear scleral shell fitting with corneal curvature. Fluorescein assessment.

Successive cosmetic hand-painted scleral shell fitting.

Results after 3 years from the first session.
